Professional Crane Owner | Operator

When a tree removal project requires pinpoint precision and heavy-duty power, Steve is the expert behind the controls. With 18 years of industry experience, he owns and operates the specialized crane equipment that makes our most technical removals look effortless.

That drive for precision extends to his personal life. Steve brings the same high-energy focus to his hobbies—whether he’s diving as a certified Divemaster or competing in endurance triathlons. Keeping that schedule running requires a simple, non-negotiable fuel source: a large black coffee with an extra shot of espresso.

After a long day of lifting multi-ton trees or training, Steve keeps it low-key at home, relaxing with his Maine Coon, Odin.

General Manager | Certified Arborist| |Tree Estimator

For Andy, proper tree care is equal parts science and community connection. As an ISA Certified Arborist with over ten years of experience, he loves being on site, consulting with property owners, and diagnosing complex tree health challenges.

Off duty, Andy’s passion for the outdoors continues. You’ll often find him hiking scenic trails or hitting the mountains for a wilderness getaway. He keeps his morning strategy straightforward—a large coffee or sugar free Monster, providing immediate momentum. At the end of the day, Andy unwinds by hanging out with his family and loyal dog, Miles.

Landscape Manager |Certified Master Rain Gardener |Estimator 

Since 2019, Amanda has brought an eye for detail and high-level technical expertise to the field. As a licensed pest applicator and certified Professional Master Rain Gardener, she specializes in custom stormwater management and complete landscape bed transformations. Fueling her day with a large iced coffee, she stays constantly on the move, overseeing client sites and managing field operations.

Outside of work, Amanda is a dedicated traveler and thrill-seeker who loves visiting National Parks, riding roller coasters, and collecting stamps and postcards along the way. Back home, she unwinds with her lively crew of four cats: Killer, Frank, Fin, and Darcy.

 Tree Crew | Foreman

If you've had tree work done by our team in the last 10 years, chances are you've seen Matt in action! As our Lead Foreman, Matt sets the gold standard for quality tree care, precision work, and top-tier safety. He leads his crew with care and professionalism, treating every property like it’s his own and making sure every job is completed flawlessly.

Outside of work, Matt is an avid rider who loves taking his Kawasaki bike out for a spin, and spending time playing with his favorite four-legged companion, Bella. We’re incredibly proud to have Matt leading the charge on our tree crew!

Landscape Crew | Foreman 

With 6 years under his belt, Jordan is a seasoned pro who keeps our landscape projects moving seamlessly! As Landscape Foreman, he brings top-tier leadership, a relentless work ethic, and a passion for craftsmanship to every site. Give Jordan a skid steer (his absolute favorite machine to operate) and a hardscaping project, and he’s right in his element!

Off the clock, Jordan stays active whether he’s riding his motorcycle or squeezing in a round of golf. We’re proud to have his experience and energy leading our team out in the field!

Tree Crew  |  Climber & Equipment Specialist 

Blake joined the industry 2.5 years ago and immediately hit the ground running—or rather, climbing. Driven by a passion for getting up in the trees and a serious love for chainsaws, he’s in his element during complex crane removals where precision climbing is required. Beyond scaling high-risk trees, Blake keeps our operations running smoothly by taking care of our small engines and gear.

When he’s off the clock, Blake is all about family time—spending quality days with his son and their two dogs, Freya and Sakari. And if you ever see him gearing up for a big day, chances are he’s fueled by his go-to drink: a cold Japanese Boss Coffee.

Lift Operator | Tree Crew 

With 16 years in the industry, Dave learned the trade from the ground up, taught by his father. That deep-rooted background shows in everything he does—especially when he’s behind the controls of the lift. Dave takes immense pride in operating the lift with absolute confidence and precision, taking on complex tree removals safely and efficiently.

Off the jobsite, Dave is a big fan of car shows and loves racing alongside his son and family. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll usually find him relaxing at home with his two cats, Georgia and Ghost.

Landscape Crew |  Production Specialist 

Matthew has been in the industry for 1.5 years, fueled by a genuine love for working outdoors every day. Whether he's running dump trailers or knocking out big projects, he takes serious pride in his efficiency—regularly installing 15+ yards of mulch in no time. Matthew also has an eye for detail and loves the satisfaction of pulling off crisp, clean stripes on a freshly mowed lawn.

When he’s off the clock, Matthew loves riding his motorcycle, gaming, and relaxing with a cold Italian sub. At home, he spends his time with his two black Labs, Raven and Ace, and his two cats, Jackie and Willow.

Landscape Crew |  Production Specialist 

A year in the industry, Landon loves being outside and taking on the heavy, grueling jobs. From laying mulch and running the mower—to feeding the chipper on tree jobs, he gets the work done right. At the end of the day, his main goal is making sure the customer is thrilled with the job.

When he’s off the job site, Landon is behind the drum kit for The Band INTENSE, playing events all across Northeast Ohio. Big sports fan, too—always rooting for the New England Patriots.

 Office Assistant | Customer Service 

Tori recently joined our team, bringing top-notch customer service and a welcoming voice to the front office. A key force behind our daily operations, she takes immense pride in building genuine, lasting connections with our clients and providing reliable administrative support behind the scenes. Whether she’s tackling high-precision data entry, keeping workflows moving, or putting her favorite set of pens to good use, Tori brings positive energy to every task—and she couldn't be happier working in a pet-friendly office.

Powered by Sugar-Free Monsters and Gamer Supps, Tori stays just as creative off the clock. In her free time, you'll find her diving into video games or working on her latest knitting and crocheting projects. Back at home, she’s happily outnumbered by her ultimate four-cat fan club: Percy, Nico, Tony, and Zaf.

Mechanic | Fleet Specialist

 Lonnie is the mastermind keeping our entire fleet of vehicles and equipment running at peak performance. Armed with every tool under the sun—and the exact know-how to use them—he ensures our crew stays up and running every single day. Lonnie’s passion for wrenching doesn't end when he clocks out; on his own property, you’ll find him restoring vintage trucks, fixing up old equipment, and enjoying just about any outdoor powersport toy you can imagine including  four-wheelers and off-road vehicles. When the tools are put away, he’s out on the land taking a well-deserved break with his two dogs, Phoebe and Tex.
